Currently, we only provide service to the continental United States. Due to the epidemic, international freight is unstable. In order not to affect the service quality, the international working is temporarily closed. The following adjustment will be noted on the website.

Order processing

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or edited.

  • After payment, we will process the order within 1-2 working days.
  • Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (PST), Monday – Friday. Orders after 5:00 PM (CST) on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday (holiday extension).

Order delay

If your order is delayed for more than 10 working days and your order is not processed, the merchant will offer a refund or re-shipment and provide you with an $8 coupon.

Shipping time is calculated from the USPS First-Class Shipping, within 3-5 working days.

Shipping delay

Please confirm that your receiving information is filled in correctly. If the receiving information is wrong, please be responsible for yourself. If the shipping information is correct and you have not received the product more than 60 days after it was shipped, you can choose to have it refunded or the merchant will offer a refund or re-shipment and provide you with an $8 coupon.

Lost package

We are not responsible for your lost package, but if you find your package lost during shipping, please contact us and we will help you contact the courier and do our best to minimize your loss.
